I would like to share this reflection regarding trauma, the different types and our responses. In order to understand how one mat react to these traumas, we need to recognise its root. For many adults trauma begins in childhood. It is important to be aware of these life challenges so we know how to cope and heal as adults.
But how can we heal if we don’t acknowledge it?
